Our Process

1. Discovery

New clients begin with a traveler intake form followed by a complimentary Discovery Call. This conversation allows us to understand your goals, preferences, past travel experiences, and comfortable investment range.

There is no such thing as oversharing — the more we understand, the more seamless your experience becomes. Travel is inherently personal, and we want to get to know your travel style.

2. Travel Design Investment

For bespoke itineraries, planning fees begin at:

$500 per trip ($250 per person)

Fees vary depending on destination, complexity, and number of travelers.

This planning investment secures our time, research, industry relationships, and strategic oversight. We work for you (not travel brands) and dedicate significant behind-the-scenes effort to designing a seamless experience tailored specifically to your needs.

Because we intentionally limit the number of trips we take on at any given time, this ensures focused attention and thoughtful execution.

Planning fees are confirmed after the Discovery Call once scope and expectations are aligned.

3. Curation & Execution

We present thoughtfully curated options, refine details collaboratively, and manage bookings, confirmations, and logistics from start to finish.

Throughout the process, we advocate on your behalf with our preferred partners to secure amenities, recognition, and personalized touches.

Travel Investment & Expectations

Luxury travel spans a wide range of price points. Establishing a comfortable budget range before we begin allows us to curate options that align with your expectations and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth.

While we specialize in four-star properties and above to ensure service standards, we work with a range of travelers who value expertise, access, and efficiency, whether for a celebratory milestone or a meaningful long weekend escape.

Flexible Booking Access — On Your Schedule

For clients who already know where they’d like to stay and do not require full itinerary design, we offer access to our private label, preferred partner hotel booking tool.

This allows you to book independently at your convenience, even late at night or over a weekend, while still receiving:

• Complimentary breakfast'

• Room upgrades (when available)

• Resort or property credits

• VIP recognition and priority status

There is no additional cost for these benefits.
